My two and a half year old grandson was murdered in 2014. Sarah S.R. created a death record ONE DAY after it was discovered that he was murdered. Stop allowing these people to post what they think they know about murder victims. The least you can do is be sure there is...

Pending litigation is really reaching as a reason not post a memorial. The odds of a memorial having anything to do with a law suit is slim to none, bordering on none.

Cons
  • Posting without living relative permission
  • Inability to file complaints with company
  • Unethical posting of victims of murder

this capitalizes off of the loss of others. If you want to find graves for ancestors or family members, it should be by request, not by some idiot who doesn't care that they might be revictimizing families!
Preferred solution
Remove this listing. All of Tristan's family members know what happened to him. They don't need a sad reminder when they log into their ancestry accounts.

I have created over 18 memorials over an eight-year period. Only 14 are attributed to me. Four have been taken over by unrelated unknowns. I've been locked out of 2 of the memorials I created. One memorial was totally removed after numerous e-mails to the thief who...

Someone I know lied about being a relative of my GG Grandfather and find a grave merged his duplicate with the other creator and they gave it to him... he then deleted the memorials of 3 of my family members and re-created them.

I have sent all correspondence to FG, showing where he was trying to get the memorials last year. And, I don't know what they are going to do, but I am so angry!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just joined the Find A Grave group because when looking for the exact location within the cemetery in which my mother is buried, I found a picture of her headstone on your website. I deeply resent that a stranger took a picture of her grave, put it on the Internet,...

After reading about find a grave, I hope to God that none of my loved ones are on that site. Maybe they should record pet cemeteries instead.

There initials for the site *** are extremely offensive, it would be like starting a site with the abbreviation of the very offensive N word. And the reading the behavior of Tipton the owner of the site as well as the administrators they sound atrocious. Shame on tipton for making money off the dead by selling sponsor ships that get deleted. He might as well be a grave robber along with his administrators.

Free or not I'd rather pay for professionalism.

This Find A Grave site should be renamed Find A Powertrip. Horrible
