Find A Grave customer service does not have/use a telephone interface with customers. Sent them an email re the issue and they provided feedback/advice within 24 hours. I fixed the problem with their input..

Verified Reviewer New ReviewerAccess bio on ancestor
I have tried to talk to someone about how to access the bio about my ancestor George Washington Taylor that says on his find a grave page exists. I have not had the issue resolved and am very frustrated. I have been doing family research for approx nine years and have always found find a grave to have info that I needed, so this is very disappointing to me. If you can help, that would be great!

Two years latet
After two years I finally got find aastaastzs grave to remove my immediate family from their data base. Hosanna.Find a grave is a nightmare. They take photos of deceased family members. Then their experts construct a poor family tree with all sorts of errors and paster the info all over the net. Find a grave sucks bigtime.

An upsetting shakedown scheme
They have listed my uncle's burial place in the wrong cemetery. This would be upsetting enough but to add insult to injury, to even bring this to their attention I would have to pay a membership fee. This is a shakedown.
